High Society (1956) – Grace Kelly

As Tracy Lord, a Philadelphia socialite torn between three men, Kelly closed her film career with a sparkling musical.

High Society (1956), a musical version of The Philadelphia Story, co-stars Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra, with songs by Cole Porter. Kelly plays Tracy’s wit and vulnerability with great charm, and her duets and dances are a joyful farewell to Hollywood.

It was Kelly’s final film before her marriage to Prince Rainier III of Monaco, and a perfect last bow.
